Instructor Adam has been practicing martial arts since 1993. He began his training in Nashua, NH at Don Mackay’s Dragonfire Karate at the age of 9 under Sensei Don Mackay in Ed Parker Kempo Karate.

He achieved his first 1st degree black belt at the age of twelve in 1997. He then began assisting classes while working towards his 2nd degree black belt. He achieved his 2nd black belt at the age of fourteen.  He then left the school at the age of sixteen in late 1999.

In 2001 he met Head Instructor Tess and joined the team at the opening of the Milford, NH Academy of Health and Martial Arts school. As he trained and taught at the school he earned another 2nd degree black belt in American Kempo karate and a 1st degree Black Belt in Kung fu.

In May of 2003 Instructor Adam enlisted into the United States Marine Corps as an Airport and Structural Firefighter Specialist. He left the school in 2004 for a tour overseas and returned in 2007.

Now Instructor Adam is furthering his knowledge not only as a practitioner but also as an instructor, relaying the values and benefits he has seen as well as experienced in his martial arts training to all that he meets and teaches.
